Michelle grew up watching her mother, Karen Scarpa, pursue a successful career in Real Estate. Being immersed in the industry from such a young age, she always knew that she had a passion for helping people find their dream homes and achieve their real estate goals. Throughout college Michelle worked in a Real Estate office and gained valuable experience and a desire to enter the business herself. While she was pursuing a degree in Communications from Rutgers University she also successfully obtained her real estate license. Upon graduating, she worked in two local law offices where she handled their real estate transactions for 4 years. This experience was invaluable for Michelle because she was able to uniquely see the business from all angles.
Even though she enjoyed the legal aspects of the deal, Michelle knew that her true passion was helping people find their way home. She now focuses all of her time as a Real Estate Associate working with her sellers to list and sell their homes and helping buyers transition into new houses or purchase their first home. She continues to utilize her Communications degree to provide upscale marketing plans and unique social media campaigns. Her communication skills, paired with her expertise on the legal side of the business, enable her to flawlessly coordinate transactions with attorneys, home inspectors, and lenders to ensure that every deal goes as smoothly as possible. Perhaps the most valuable experience of all has been learning the business from her mother, a successful agent in Middlesex County for over 28 years. She has spent countless hours listening to "the art of the deal" and witnessing firsthand what it takes to get a deal done. With over 12 years in the business and a lifetime of knowledge of Monroe Township, she prides herself on providing her customers with superior local knowledge and expertise.
